Account Deletion Request

You can request the deletion of your Bonto account and all associated personal data at any time. Follow the steps below to submit your request — we will process it within 30 days.

How to request deletion

  1. Tap the button below to open your email app.
  2. A pre-filled email will be ready — just hit Send.
  3. You will receive a confirmation reply within 7 business days.
  4. Your account and data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request.

Alternatively, email bontodeveloper@gmail.com directly with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include your username.

What data is deleted & what is kept
