Bonto ("we", "our", or "us") is a mobile card game. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly.

We do not collect your location, contacts, camera, microphone, or any device identifiers beyond what is required to run the game.

How We Use Your Data

To create and manage your game account
To operate multiplayer matchmaking and real-time gameplay
To display leaderboards and rankings
To provide customer support and respond to deletion requests
To improve the game through anonymized analytics

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be processed by the following infrastructure providers under strict data processing agreements:

DigitalOcean — cloud server hosting (backend & database)
Apple / Google — OAuth authentication (only if you use those sign-in methods)

Data Security

All data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS (HTTPS and WSS). Passwords are stored as salted hashes — we never store plain-text passwords.

Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, all personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Anonymized gameplay analytics with no personal identifiers may be retained for service improvement.

Request access to the personal data we hold about you

Children's Privacy
